The data you provide will be shared with Pam Johnson, but your name will not be used in any context.
The data may also be shared with other LIOS students, but under no circumstances will your name or identifying information be included in anything that is shared.

Section 1.
The first set of questions are mostly demographic data.

Section 3
Recently, LIOS announced a change in policy for those who do not complete their graduation 
requirements within the expected 2-year period. (here is Pam's letter)
These questions seek to learn what impact that change may have had for you.

Section 4
These next set of questions are looking at the quality of the experience for 2nd and 3rd 
year students as it relates to completion of the thesis project.

4a. For 3rd year students (and those likely to become 3rd year), what structure, quality of contact, or connection with LIOS do you believe would be of the greatest service to you outside of modules in support of completing your thesis?

4b. For current 2nd year students who will complete their thesis by December, and all who have already completed their thesis, what was the nature, structure, or quality of contact within LIOS that you found most supportive of the completion of your thesis project?

4c. For both 2nd and 3rd year students, what factors most within your control do you believe support (or supported) your completion of the thesis project?
